TrackBuilderToolBarFails

Could be you just don't have Track Builder (TB3)... No worries, you just can't edit layouts.

If you do have Track Builder, try this:

• Try uninstalling Track Builder 3 after installing ATCS Monitor 3.5.4
• Then reinstall Track Builder 3.
• The registry problem should be corrected.
• Then the next time you select TB3 from the ATCS Monitor tool bar, it should open correctly and convert it to version "H".

Or just use Windows to associate .lay files with the TB3 executable if you're familiar with how to do that.
